Nah, Carlos likes it here. Family club with a desire to win something, ANYTHING or even just start qualifying for Europe for as long as he wants to manage us is a lot better for him than a we must be the best team in Europe next season or else you are sacked, soulless corporate juggernaut.

He's said it himself a number of times in interviews. He doesn't need the silly money they'd pay him. We pay him more than enough to retire on.

Why would this be? Managers don’t necessarily get worse with age they often get better. How many times did people right Alex Ferguson off as finished, yet he won the title the year he retired a feat Utd have not repeated since.

The money is a big factor but we need a manager who can go beyond the money. If Carlo had 500m he'd compete with United is no good for us because we do not have 500m.
