Everton Summer transfers 2021

Barkley has 2 years left on his Chelsea contract and is on a reported 130k a week. There is no chance of him going anywhere for a 12 month contract on a reasonable wage. I think you can are safe in that he will not be joining Everton.
I have no doubt you are right, but, Chelsea certainly don't want him and I think they would be delighted to see him off the payroll.
Barkley has no future at Chelsea and at 130k per week has little chance of getting another club if he insists on earning that kind of money.
He can sit on his contract but he is still only 27 and I assume that he still has ambitions in the game.

I have no idea if we have any interest in him, I expect the manager doesn't but if Barkley wants to play football and Chelsea want rid of him then some club could pick him up for relatively speaking small money.

The question then remains what player are you getting, what can he bring to a club?

but if he is not in Tuchel's plan they will have to and if any club gives them a couple of million in loan fee he is off i think and hope they can sell him next summer. I read the other day a quote from Tuchel saying they had a squad size of 40+ players. Presumably not all on big contracts like Barkley but Chelsea too want to get rid of players.

Why are we even talking about Barkley when it was posted by some lid in his Ma's box room sat there in his skiddies FFS.
We have spoken about players who are far more unlikely than Barkley to play for Everton in the future.

Talking about a player, what he would bring to the team and what he would cost is simply reviewing a potential target rather than an endorsement of the player..

Not that anybody at the club relies on GOT for scouting.
If they listed to Zatara there would be nobody over the age of 21 at the club..

Ross Barkley is an overrated brain dead footballer who loses possession more times than he completes a pass.

Garbage! There's a reason Chelsea are throwing him in the bin and Villa are not in the slightest bit interested after having him on loan.

Nailed on to go to Newcastle in the next 12 months maybe in the next couple of weeks.

A loan with an option to buy for... dunno... £10m or whatever, wouldn't be a bad gamble for the newly promoted clubs or whatever; but not Everton.

I know its FIFA and I'll catch heat for using it as a resource but....

Low/Low Work Rate is so rare

Here's a list of players also given Low/Low work rate:

Martial and Shelvey. That's it in the PL.
EFC have seen this and are currently preparing loan offers for all 3... nice one, sons crying at more slugs with no fire at the club.

lol lol

…headlines for being a boozer.

the fatwa imposed on Roscoe insists that any chat about 'bringing a Blue home' is impossibly moot. The Wolverhampton Tribune reports that Bethany Jo is enjoying the Midlands, so I look for another loan arrangement for Roscoe...perhaps West Brom?
