He's a brilliant player Eggs but at 30 is exactly the type of signing we shouldn't be making.

Club were to blame too. They should have had him signed a new deal way before when it ran out. Left it too late and then Ross mugged us off - and his agent - but we all knew it was a ridiculous move for him.

I wouldn't want him back, but can 100% see it. It's very Everton.
