We have some quality, funded by him but more often than not its dross that has been signed on stupid salaries, long term contracts and THAT is why we are hamstrung this year and THAT is HIS MANDATE, no one gets signed, player nor manager without the owner(funder) giving the Signed Cheque ( I'm talking rhetorical!)
