Not ideal but even Serge Aurier on a 1 year loan is a better option than JJK or one of the CBs. It will allow us to give Seamus the odd break and keep him fresher for the bigger games and hopefully injury free.

As a short term solution you ask the question will it improve the squad? The answer is definitely yes.

It's poor from the club that we still haven't sorted out the long term solution to the right back problem but it is what it is if it happens.

Can imagine Daniel Levy salivating at the thought. He would give us every encouragement and then double the loan fee at the last minute.
