You don't have to be another world class player to have a similar playstyle to someone else.

Josh Bowler reminds me of how Robben plays; doesn't mean I'm saying he's as good.

That's what I'm saying though, I don't see it. Pogba primarily impacts the game with the ball and barely tackles and Bissouma primarily impacts the game without the ball and adds less quality with it.

As I said I see Fred not Pogba. Or Gueye or Kante if we're really stretching.

That's what I'm saying though, I don't see it. Pogba primarily impacts the game with the ball and barely tackles and Bissouma primarily impacts the game without the ball and adds less quality with it.

It's exasperation. Gana and Ndidi are about as close to the same player as you can get. I'm not sure how Ndidi would revolutionize things for us compared to what Gana did which if you're memory is short was carry a team to a top half finish with very little talent around him.

Nah, not for me.

Gana is very poor in possession and completely reactive in his defending, whereas Ndidi can use the ball well and is positionally sound.

Agree over Lukaku. Koeman and Walsh should've been binned just for their inability to get a decent striker in.

The others are massively overrated though.

Ndidi is asked to do literally nothing hard with the ball. He probably gives it away less but that's because he's just giving it to someone else as quick as possible. I think in that kind of role Gana would function no different.

True mate but now we are fookin rich - scandalous not replacing any of them with like for like attributes.

People will chortle but when you go from Gana to the glass twins Delph & Gbamin, Rom to kin Toshun and Deulofeu to Iwobi something is seriously wrong.
