Everton Summer transfers 2021

How about either Holgate or Iwobi as a part payment for Aarons? It could work in terms of adding PL experience (a stretch in Iwobi's case) but would allow us stretch our budget.

If we throw in Iwobi on top of our cash offer for Aarons, they might throw in a bag of chips with dip. Or they might make us raise our cash offer, since they'd then be saddled with Iwobi's wages.

What @BlueToff said about selling Holgate.

Selling wise who we actually got a chance of selling this summer now, I am going with the following:

Bernard
Kean
JJK
Delph

Tosun is done for he will end up leaving for nothing now next summer.

Them 4 would free up a lot in wages and hopefully bring in £60 Million in transfer fees.

Besic
Bolasie
Walcott

Saving us over £150,000 a week at least.

There only other feasible sale would either be Iwobi or someone like Holgate but very doubtful.

In terms of savings and freeing up wages it could really assist with FFP and adding funds to signing players.

I am adamant if we can sign Aarons, LW, CM and a striker on loan we could really push on.

I ain’t too fussed about signing cement boots in goal rather we didn’t bother by the way.
No chance of selling Delph sadly.

Surely you mean RW?

There may be a chance that a promoted team might take Delph for his experience and his influence in the dressing room.
We would probably have to pay part of his wages but it is something that just might happen.

I think the best chance of selling Iwobi will come from the player being dissatisfied with the bit part role he will have to play in the club.
He is young still, a regular international and if Everton do manage to spend money and sign players this summer then it is likely Iwobi will not be an important player for Everton next season.

I think a smaller fee to compensate for the wages he will expect to earn may be the price we have to pay to move him on..... if that is what the manager wants.

We really, really need to see the back of Keane, Kenny, Delph, Bernard and Iwobi in the summer. What a huge saving in wages that would be, even if the monatary value of the transfers wouldn't be too much, probably about 30m for the lot (10m each for Keane and Iwobi, 10m combined for the other 3).

Monday - "Ban these horrible clubs, wanting to make more money because they've spent too much on players - Ban them all!!"

Thursday - "Forget about FFP - We need to break the bank to buy lots and lots of players"

Tbf, if there's no punishment for the snide six, then us, West Ham, Leicester, Wolves etc should just spend ££££ and the PL won't have a leg to stand on

Is Bernard not out of contract at the end of the season?

I'd just be made up if i never saw him in a blue shirt ever again. The most hopeless player its ever been my bad fortune to witness playing.
He’s awful but says it all I can think of 5 we signed under Walsh who I think are worse, epitomises the state of our transfers 2016-2019 and not glowing praise for Iwobi hahahah
