it's really common that every time a new manager is appointed every rag will just pluck up loads of players who they've previously worked for or are from the same nation (if they're foreign).

... not everyone is brendan rodgers and is scared to touch unknown quantities.

Koeman does have a lot of form for dipping into Dutch talent tbf.

If he's going that route, Ziyech, Janssen and Bazoer please. Though Bazoer might be a) a bit of a pipe dream and b) a block for all our young midfielders coming through.

Ziyech is absolutely outrageous particularly, I've been banging his drum for ages. One of those players that just has that special something.
 
The obvious targets over the summer needs to be a goalkeeper, 2 strikers, a winger, a right back, a centre half and a centre mid (Barry was the only deep lying midfielder that really looked up to it, but do think McCarthy and Besic have a chance to turn it round).

I'd like the squad to look something like this:

Not even the piddliest chance of getting Forster or Van Dijk mate. And CERTAINLY not for those prices.

We do have a chance of getting them, yeah maybe a little low on the estimation but we will have a bit of wiggle room.
How much do you think they would ask for those 2 players?

New keeper ( Cillessen maybe ) and that's realistic.

Only problem is that midfield would be played through very easily.

I think RK will stick to 4/2/3/1
 
With Koeman the Conquerer we might have pretty good chances to get talented Ajax players. De Boer will be So'tons next manager so in that perspective they have an advantage there...but not arsed anyhows. Extremely exciting transfer summer ahead :)
