Osman , hibbert, pienaar , Howard all leaving . Plus a few other likely departures. I disagree with you .

How many of them got serious game time last season last season apart from howard?

The likes of dowell, browning, kenny, davies are more than capible of covering incase of injurys.

The only position i would say we need back up in will be centre forward as we dont have anyone ready in that position yet

Osman and Gibson are waiting to see if the new manager will offer then new contract. Talk about putting the new manager on the spot. The board should have already said no thanks

True, like the look of Wijnaldrum as we don't have midfielders who can score, under Moyes we had mikel, cahil and pienaar who were all capable of scoring goals.

We needs more goals from midfield
W-man is interesting case. He was good at first at Newcastle but then basically faded away...Newcastle fans hated him in the end...but maybe Koeman could get him going into right direction

Irish sports news speculating that Shane Long will follow Koeman to GP.

I would be very happy with that given his huge improvement in recent times.

He is playing the best football of his time right now, very confident in himself. I was well impressed with him against city. Can't see us buying him

Reports saying that Koeman has signed something to the affect that he won't come back for any Southampton players.
