Bayern are also trying to flog Gotze. Wouldn't have him here either eh? Shiqiri is a fine player for a hobbit, but yes he does go missing with Stoke.

Exactly my point really. Just because Bayren let a player go, it doesn't really mean anything. Gotze is fantastic and they want him gone. Shiqiri isn't on the same level, but he's still good, and I'd have him here.
Never delivered for Bayern, nor did he for Inter.

Anything close to those numbers would be a very good deal, pretty much thought 25-30m and 100-120k pw minimum salary really

honestly though mate, it's a bit mad when you think of it, your getting the exact same player if he has 5 or 1 year left when you buy him, can understand the reasoning behind the lower fee obviously, but always thought it was a bit mental the way a club will balk at a price they'd happily pay more than if he had longer left on his deal

Bizarrely maybe, think Gotze is one of the nmost overhyped and poverated players going in the media, seems to have peaked at Dortmund and gone downhill since then
