On decline? due to his age or performance because he had one of his best ever seasons this year, bet you are the same type of people who love Gaz Barry and want Koeman to sign that porto striker...
 

If Koeman plays 4-3-3 offensive, we'd need 2 CM, a winger and of course a new Goalie.
I would rather build a Team on potential Players, not buying Mata or someone different.
