Wonder if Esk knows whether the Haller rumours hold any water. For 7M at 22 I'd much rather give him a shot than Pelle who'd cost almost certainly more than that. Looks like he has some page, strength and some good technical ability. Needs work but he's young enough to improve without doubt.

I don't understand posts like this. We don't need players that might improve, or looks like they might be able to x or y, we need players that are proven at top premiership level. We can't have this huge near future model in place and accept experimental players. It doesn't add up. Pelle was one of top prem scorers last season and scored in the Euros. I am not saying he is the answer but look at what you are saying here. We don't have the years and years we had in last decade to try things and hang around 10th if needed. We need to aim for the top.

Pelle wasn't one of the top scorers in the prem last year mate, he was in 13th level with wijnaldum, Sigudrsson and Mane (3 midfielders) and Martial (who is a young lid)

Doesn't take a genius to realise the current squad is rather poor and needs major strengthening. Two 11th placed finishes on the spin, lost our best goalkeeper, several players released, numerous players wanting out with a bad attitude.

you'd rather give somebody who i don't think anybody on this forum a chance, over a guy who's leading the line for italy and has scored goals in this league already.
