Bešić has just 73 pace in FIFA. That's really not accurate, is it? But I agree with FTY, majority of them are spot on. Basing your opinion about a player, though, is making you look like a proper tool.

While it's not as accurate as say FM or a managers opinion, it's not completely random.

I assumed it was referring to the organisation FIFA, appears it was referring to a computer game.

FM actually *does* have a say in the club's transfer dealings (or at least has in the past).

I thought he had it from the beginning thus him saying they were both "passengers"(no one running over anyone although that means Geady was on pegs or the middle of a tandem bike), shouldn't have given yourself up so easily @Groucho

There was an article in the Financial Times about Everton in one of Moyes later seasons that said he had pioneered the use of a database connected with FM for scouting, and that now most clubs use it to some extent.
