As far as I'm concerned, I've only ever seen two ITK's for Everton - LCAB for about two years, and DAVIDMOYES with Mirallas etc. That's it. They came, said a name before it was announced, and it was done imminently.

If there's examples of this lad saying "<X> is signing" and then it happens within 24 hours, fair enough. If it's just "we're signing someone in 48 hours", then sorry I don't buy it, as that is simply cold reading.

What's a bit 'worrying' to me is that. Yah, I understand sometimes players just drag their heels or it's a bit difficult getting a deal over the line.
