I pay plenty of attention to him on financial matters as I think he's very knowledgeable in that regard.
I think he passes on what he hears, perhaps embellished or passed on in a more positive manner than what was actually said.
I don't trust someone who I barely know on the internet though.
The gospel comment was a wider observation and critique of the forum.
Common to see "well esk says this so I think this"
I go by the more conservative, "he's said this, ta for the info but i'll take it with a pinch of salt."

I heard he'd been in touch with stoke, didn't believe it at the time but this all but confirms it.
