Those two plus a creative midfielder (fingers crossed Mata) and we've had a successful window IMO even if it's not the volume of players we'd been hoping at one time.

Some rather concerning news re William Carvalho. Personal terms and fee of approx 20m euros was agreed a fortnight ago but we pulled out at the 11th hour. Apparently Moshiri pulled the plug for 'financial reasons' hoping to seek a cheaper alternative (Gueye).

Not sure what to make of this, hopefully the deal was scrapped for other reasons.
