Everton Transfer Thread 2016

Some rather concerning news re William Carvalho. Personal terms and fee of approx 20m euros was agreed a fortnight ago but we pulled out at the 11th hour. Apparently Moshiri pulled the plug for 'financial reasons' hoping to seek a cheaper alternative (Gueye).

Not sure what to make of this, hopefully the deal was scrapped for other reasons.

Oh dear, an absolutely terrible attempt. Another goes on ignore

I think I may well have been getting mixed up with HEATON tbh.

Hope he isn't watching this thread, Clinkard not Heaton, because that would be a bit spooky.

edit: or actually, hope Heaton isn't watching this thread, if it's him or JC that is no more? God knows, (probably does, if there is only one?)

Another WUM to add to the ignore list :coffee:

John Clinkard
John is a fully qualified Physiotherapist with nearly 40 years experience.
He is a successful Sports injuries Specialist and incorporates mobilisation and manipulation techniques when required. He has worked for over 24 years as a first Physiotherapist to Everton Football Club, Oxford United and Wimbledon FC.
John runs a very successful Physiotherapy practice here at the Pilates & Therapy Centre.

Is that like 'massage for the ladies'?

Said this a while ago - got slated for it. We didn't pull the plug on the deal (Though no fee was accepted by Sporting), he rejected our approach and any attempts of persuasion didn't work. Once we were rejected we went for Gueye and that was that.

A new week, hopefully some movement on the transfer front before the weekend. If not, it'll be watching Jim White on deadline day waiting for the news from FF
