Bank holidays are meaningless unless its the last day of the transfer window. Bank holidays preclude paperwork from being filed. But they dont preclude agents and teams from agreeing to deals. They will be working on the bank holiday, and they will simply wait until the next day to do the official paperwork.

Need to re-tweak my expectations of transfers. We're not getting the Mata,Witsel calibre of player. Although i told every redsh*te i know that they were apparently done deals.
