I am sure he would have just cause to claim breach of contract given that one of the things that got him here in the first place was the promise of a massive transfer budget.

They're totally different kinds of players lid. One is not dependent on the other. As for Brahimi, we have made a very good offer by all accounts but Porto are holding out for 50m euros. How much of that is correct I don't know, but that's what is being said.
