I must be in the minority but I kinda like the fume as honestly we were never going to get the likes of Mata, Witsel etc this season.
If Koeman can over achieve this season then we will be more attractive next season and the ghost of brown shoes will be lifted.

Big questions over Sissokos attitude and work ethic. Newcastle fans seem desperate to get rid. Even in this inflated market £30 million is a lot. Big gamble.

West Ham fans seem extatic they may potentially get Valencia out the door, even though they were apparently desperate for strikers. Suppose on loan it's not a massive gamble, but it stinks of desperation.

We've obviously had a bit of a 'mare getting targets over the line, even 2nd and 3rd choice targets by the look of it. Let's hope Koeman isn't too annoyed and can mould what he does have into a side that can compete. Going to be a strong league this year and we've failed to strengthen as much as we should have.
