Everton Transfer Thread 2016

I think we'd be crazy to blow over 20m on an eastern European who's never played in the big leagues. He came to Goodison and I didn't even notice him, he toe ends in a worldie from 25 yards (like that's gonna happen every week) in the replay and suddenly we've gotta have him. Well get one gAme in four out of him if we're lucky. I can't see how he's a significantupgrade on Kev, who we'd need to flog pronto for about 7m if this went through

Everyone is a gamble mate. The fact that he's done it at a national level too though speaks volume of his ability.

Might aswell because we wont see fowlds playing anytime soon and we did. give Tarashaj back, btw do you think this has been a good window?
Its been like the windows on play shool (one for the elders on here) you look through them and all you see is daftness.

Peterborough United chairman confirms Everton scouts are watching his side's players

Peterborough United chairman Darragh MacAnthony has confirmed that Everton scouts have been in attendance at the ABAX Stadium recently.

Peterborough have had an excellent track record of selling players to higher placed teams in recent times, and they currently have one of the youngest squads in the Football League.

Posh are the top scorers in League One, and it seems that their form has caught the attention of Everton, who have started to station scouts at their matches.

There is no suggestion that Everton will make a bid for any Peterborough player in January, but the Merseyside club clearly have some of Posh's top talents on their radar.

The Toffees have shown a willingness to buy from the Football League recently, and they have had great success with doing so.

Bobby did come out and say he’d rather leave any transfer dealings untill end of the month, but then he did put a bid in for byram about 2 days later so that possibly means jack ....!! and if was any possibility he was looking at a big signing this window, then he aint exactly leaving them any time to bring in replacement, which would automatically cut your chances down. so uve lost me on that one bobby!!
He also said it would be a travesty to play John Stones at right back about 48 hours before he played him at right back. I wouldn't believe pretty much anything he says.
