Everton Transfer Thread 2016

I don't confess to know an awful lot about Bolanos, but judging by his stats he seems to have a much better pedigree than Rodriguez.

Only one person's opinion, but just seen a tweet from an Ecuador fan stating that Bolanos is the best player they have, better than Enner Valencia who has looked ok at West Ham.

Nothing to lose really like I say, 5 million quid is nothing these days.

Depends how it's spent.

Here's what I've gleaned from media reports :

Bolanos wants to play in Europe.

Emelec president Nassib Neme won't stand in his way.

Everton are interested, but it doesn't look as though they've made an actual bid.

It may or may not be a good signing, but in no way can he be considered a replacement for Naismith. With the greatest respect to the Ecuadorian league if he does sign for us now I can't see him being risked in a PL match before the end of the season.
Wait for Bilic to sign him after the RS match

It's clearly another long term signing. We have enough of those. The manager is fighting for his job at the minute.
Who do you think we could realistically sign for immediate appearances in first team that is available and affordable?

Would have liked to add Bryam/Austin, Yarmolenko's owner seems determined to hold onto him but other than that can't think of anyone who has moved that would have made an immediate impact anyhow.

I refuse to make any judgement until i read Vickery's article.

Of course he would be considered a replacement for Naismith. He plays in the same position. He isn't some 18 year old kid, he's a 25 year old international. I wouldn't expect him to start many games but then neither did Naismith.

lollollollollollol
Do you really believe that mate?

That he's actually in any sort of danger of losing his job because a bunch of Whoppers on a website keep wetting their knickers at every available opportunity??

Do you really think the club care about the combined 'Management Expertise' of some noisy bells on GOT?

Some posters really do have a high opinion of their own 'insights'

The football club doesn't even have a board too.
