Also we actually NEED a squad of players not just 11 who will go the entire season without injury or suspension.
These are the most realistic sellable squad player we need off the books.

Ideally we want players like Sigurdsson (£100k), Bernard (£120k), Keane (£60k), Pickford (£100k) off to but we aren't in a computer games.
If any of these big wages are off then we won't be getting our money back but getting a healthier wage bill is key to building a better squad of players.
I can see interest in players like Kenny, Kean and Gibson who have youth and potential so clubs may take a punt on them so we could sell to balance the books better and the most obvious and worse case scenario, sell Digne or Richarlison.
Brands and Carlo have only really worked together for a few months, you can see the vision that Carlo will demand and I am sure Brands wants that same vision.
Past signings, manageral systems and changes have hampered us so let's remember it's not an overnight fix and it will take time but it's also not entirely impossible to get 3 or 4 quality signings into this squad to completely change our fortunes.
So let's have some faith and belief because we have CARLO F***ING ANCELOTTI as our manager now so let's set our standards appropriately.
