I have no idea how good he is I don't watch the barcodes regularly, seen him a few times. But a 20 year old on a free to develop as a squad player is an option or we could just carry on with Delph and Davies. I prefer a risk of trying someone else. Brooks as well...

Would rather carry on with Davies and have his contract end when it ends than get a fresh version for 5 more years.

Being linked with Matty Longstaff according to (I’m assuming the Newcastle) Chronicle. He’s a free agent. West Ham and Schalke also linked.

....we were linked a month or so ago when his contract problems surfaced. I hope it’s regurgitated rumour.
