Luis Muriel: sold for less than half release clause
Pablo Sarabia: sold for release clause
Quincy Promes: sold for significantly less than release clause

Sometimes they only sell for release clause (mostly when the release clause is set rather low), other times they don’t.

Well we have gone back in for Doucoure & Bernard doesn't impress Carlo.

I doubt we can afford him, plus I dont think he really fancies us.

I dont see him rocking up here, but things do change.

He seems to have been around forever so I'm surprised Zaha is only 27 but I think no matter where he goes he will be a very good signing, especially for around £30m.

Zaha aint even in his prime yet,

just imagine a prime zaha, guaranteed at least 10 pens every season even with VAR

Ye, £30 odd million is down on last years value but Palace may probably feel that by not selling him last season he was the reason that they stayed up in the premier league.
That is worth a lot more than a players fee being reduced by £25 million.

On loan him or Arias would be fine allowing us to use remaining funds on a right winger.

I think its risky to sign either of them when theyve both been average for 2 seasons.

No offence mate, but being “thrilled” at selling Gomes while advocating keeping Davies is... odd

I don't rate Doucoure but him and Allan protecting Gomes would work.

I think Gomes deepest with more time on the ball and the other two pressing their midfielders back would work well (in my head). All 3 can protect the defense.

Just always found Gomes plays better when he's got time to pick his passes which you never get in a duo.

Oh, it’s €70m, not £, so £63m. His market value isn’t that either.

Oh I don’t think we’ll sign him, but if he goes it’ll be less than £63m.

I’d rather sell Coleman and keep Kenny as backup. Just based on saving wages. Don’t think there is much between Coleman and Kenny apart from experience.
