It happens every season mate.
Teams get relegated and loose their best players , especially younger ones that the buying team can mould into their team.
The price is obviously cheaper than if they where still in the Prem.

I think he'd be a good signing and could cover Allan's position too.

Could be an upgrade on Mina, Carlo cant be happy with the lack of clean sheets and lack of cover.

Looks a very good prospect and I'd be happy if we get him. Played defensive mid sometimes too. I just didn't think we'd be spending £20m+ on a CB.

Not sure on Godfrey, high price but a high ceiling too. It’s really not that much when you take into account his age and long term potential I suppose. After all we’d probably be looking for a massive fee for Holgate that wouldn’t reflect his actual value (hypothetically obviously) if someone came in for him.

Also Kean can’t even get on the bench for a cup game, he’s definitely gone. Hopefully we recoup the money spent on him at least.
