I think we should move for Clyne now that the RS have released him. There's a good player in there and he got unlucky that he got injured and lost his place. He's better than Sidebe
This is a myth
Injured alot. Welcome JohnI'd still be interested in Stones tbh. I could see him doing well here again.
For some reason my head is telling me he's been injured an awful lot recently though, and that would be a big worry given our record.
Wait 6 months and there be rumours of Cuco coming back and they be saying how amazing he was.John Stones. FFS. No one obsesses about bringing ex players back like some of our fans do.
Lot of chirping around that young RB who is leaving West Ham on a free

Not saying I’d necessarily choose to bring him back, but it could be interesting to see what Carlo could do with him.Problem with Stones is that he has all the tools to be a top quality player but never puts it all together consistently. When he told Everton fans to calm down said it all - the fans were totally right because sometimes you need to recognise danger and lash it away, no matter how "cultured" you are on the ball.
He doesn't see that so he keeps making avoidable errors.
The Roberto Martinez of defenders - ideology over pragmatism. Its a massive shame like as I love the idea of him as a footballer but not the reality of him.
I'd do the opposite. I get them doing the old style pre season without a ball. Just run run run. They will either get really fit or bored and look for another club. You banish him from the training ground
You make it clear no future at the club
You make it clear no cushy loan moves to sunny Spain or Portgual for him to still pick up his 100k a week contract.
Let him sit at home for the remaining 2 years watching Judge Judy everyday and if he has an ounce of desire to play footie he'll begrudgingly take a permanent move away. If not his football career is near enough over.
We've been push overs for too long and im sick of that lot over the road having players who will run through brick walls for their club winning trophy after trophy whilst we have a bunch of half arsed jokers stealing a wage.
This season has to be the catalyst for change - no more excuses or cushy boys club.
