CM, CM, RM. Granted Keane can't play anything high, but that isn't a priority since he can manage in certain setups. That midfield can't do a damn thing. Mina, Keane, Holgate and sure a young new defender - or Branthwaite

I agree with you, 2 CM's are a must but not any old CM's. We are desperate for pace, power, energy and composure. Dont think we can get that in 1 CM.

RM too as Iwobi isnt a RM and Walcott is shocking.

CB is needed as Mina picks up a few injuries and unless Branthwaite is a lot better than what the scouts thought then we may struggle - especially if he wants to go 3 at the back.

I think 4 quality signings are needed.

I just listed them in old school numbers first.

CM is the most glaring, followed by RW, CB and RB we have decent options, but we could clearly do with a better player in both, same is probably true for other positions, but as good as Coleman has been, we need another option and at CB we lack numbers.

Coleman is not a decent option if we want to ever approach 50% possession. I'd put that above RW tbh.

Brands quote of 2-3 players may well have been based on us only shipping out those players ooc. The fact we’ve got shut of schneiderfraud and his big wage and a couple of million for hornby may well mean we could get 3-4 especially if we manage to get at least one more out the door. I would have said we needed a CB, 2CM, RB,RW and a CF in an ideal world but I agree it needs to be done gradually over a couple of seasons. I’m hopeful we can get a CB, 2CM (if we can get a Delph, besic or Sigurdsson transferred) and a RW. Seamus and JJK can hold the fort for another season as can Richarlison DCL and Kean who between them can get themselves on the scoresheet more often with a decent midfield providing more goalscoring opportunities for them.

I look at him as a player who will get up and down the pitch, stronger defensively than gomes, and will make plays happen going forward.

I can't watch Coleman anymore. I love the guy, but it is done and the more he loses his legs the worse it'll get.
