In fairness to @Tofeenut a reliable ITK on another forum also said he had some fitness tests the other week and the club were impressed so looks like a deal may be in place or at least agreed in principal if his club have allowed him to come over

Will not adapt to the Prem. He is not quick and dribbles with the ball 3 feet in front of him not unlike Delph who is a poor dribbler to the general consensus. Delph also had 4 years with Pep and his whole career in England. Sangare has a lot of catching up to get to the speed of Delph and then even more to get to the speed of the Prem.

I love this. So he dribbles 3 feet in front of him, huh? That's absolutely ridiculous. It's completely false. He actually has great touch on the ball and keeps it close to him pretty well. There's no way you've seen him play. No chance.

Spending another £30m on a striker doesn’t really make any sense to me.

Can’t see an expensive striker coming in unless we really do have more of a kitty than we thought.

I'm a bit wary of strikers from north of the border, it's hard to judge the true quality playing in that league and the success rate of those coming down from Scotland these days are pretty low. Used to get cracking Scottish players as well but then the league was a lot more competitive when Aberdeen and Dundee Utd were doing better.

Is Edouard better than what we already have? I haven't seen a huge amount but I'm not totally convinced.
