Can Richarlison play a different position than as a striker and fit into a Carlo team? Everybody seems convinced we'll keep playing 4-4-2, a change could see us in need of another striker.

I'm a bit wary of strikers from north of the border, it's hard to judge the true quality playing in that league and the success rate of those coming down from Scotland these days are pretty low. Used to get cracking Scottish players as well but then the league was a lot more competitive when Aberdeen and Dundee Utd were doing better.

Seen him live a couple of times with Gent and hes a handful. Good pace, good feet albeit in a terrible league.

Be interesting to see how his diminutive stature and lightweight frame got on in the premier league.

I know full well how long he’s been here, this was regarding us getting linked with strikers. Why would we have 4. Kean is hardly playing now. Ok we could get injuries and he will be starting every week. A lot of ifs, buts and maybe

I would keep him next season, but signing another striker wouldn’t make much sense imo.

And loaning him out makes no sense

Who was the last striker to make it down here from the SPL. Larson? I can’t think of anyone after that tbf

i'd more likely put Edouard on the same list as your Van Dijk's, Wanyama's, Robertson's, McGinn's etc.
He's the best player in that league at the moment and could make the step up.
I wouldnt say he's better than what we have though, which makes me worry about Richarlison and what he will do in the summer

He's 6ft 2

Looks quite decent, cute striker, so hard to tell in a league with defending that bad. However, we do all rave about these foreign wizzkids and the defending there can't be any better.
