Anyone still waiting for theirs yet? I havnt even had an email saying it's dispatched, I thought pre ordering ment you get it when it's released

I ordered for my two lads (8 and 4) when I was bevvied haha, £145 gutted the next day when I suddenly remembered lol

Richarlison 7 and Digne 12, I'll be FEEWWWMIN if they change numbers

Mine hasn't turned up yet though

Club will honour a change I suspect

I got mine on the day, and same as most people I think. When i ordered, i thought i'd ordered, but there's an extra page weirdly. So just double check.

Thanks mate, just checked my Everton direct account and it says 'no previous orders' but i have the invoice from when i orderd them so have just emailed customer services, so hopefully they sort it

I’ve just checked and it seems like others I’ve not ordered one properly. That additional page is just stupid. How many sales must they have delayed or lost?

I would have thought it was common sense to notice if you had an email confirming your order or not, no?

I only had one email on 3 July when I ordered them but it confirms my purchase and has my billing and shipping address, they also took the £145 out my account so they better had get it posted lol

Thanks for the tip. Not had any issues with online shopping for the last 10 years and I’m obviously not the only person

I think what happens normally is you enter your details and press pay.

But with Everton, you press what's normally "Pay", it's actually "proceed", and takes you through to a review page.

Baffling.

Pain in the arse today.

Went there for it opening at 9 as per the website... It opened at 10 so there was a queue in the rain.

In the queue the security fella tells everyone the sizes are small so buy 1 size up from normal cos they've had loads bringing them back cos obviously you can't try any on.

Get to the til to get a name on the back with the badges for my lad and there's no printing being done in store (Everton One).
