We should be capitalising on, what seemed like an impressive cameo in the number 10 role from Sigurdsson on Saturday. No Klassen and if Rooney has to play, he has to be told to play up front and stay near DCL to work off him, none of this dropping deep and occupying someone else's space.

He's apparently said that his strongest team starts, so I can't see how Lookman fits in. Because if he considered Lookman as part of his strongest team, then why so little football this season?
 
Our squad is weird. I've been trying to work out a way of us playing a balanced side with everyone in their preferred position, pace and a goal scoring threat and it just doesn't seem to work with the players we have.

I suspect Koeman feels the same.

Apart from the striker position, it does. Vlasic, Sandro, Lookman, Lennon, and Mirallas are all very capable of taking up those positions. Koeman is unfortunate to not have a striker, but he brings misfortune upon himself by playing unbalanced lineups intentionally.
