DCL was let off the hook there cause the Arsenal player put it in his own net, he should have buried that header. Having said that I thought his overall game in that half was far better than it has been in recent weeks. I just wish his hold up play was better sometimes.

Davies was slow -he’d switched off. But try focus on the good things. DCL is giving a world class CF performance, Siggy is even getting stuck in and winning 50-50’s.

The sign of a top team is game management - those saying no to Khedira coming in to cover Allan/Doucoure need to realise the likes of Davies and Gomes haven't a winning mentality.

In my opinion, he’s a mile past his best and has been drawing a massive salary for years - therefore I’d question his motivation. We need good players who are coming in hungry rather than guys who are past their peak and past caring.
