Dont like this Holgate & Godfrey CB pair. Too wet behind the ears still.

As a pairing they are not imposing enough added to that they make us vulnerable from set pieces

Do we have a central midfield?

No. Pretty much every time we start with Sigurdsson and Gomes we're setting up like we're a man down.

Iwobi added to the mix makes it feel like nine men.

I'm not even watching, just glancing in here, but I know 100% what is happening and knew from before a ball was kicked.

If I know this, how doesn't Ancelotti? Mina and Davies for Holgate and Gomes isn't the perfect answer but it at least papers over the cracks.

Tactically we need to be a hell of a lot more pragmatic.

This lot aren't good enough for what Ancelotti is asking them to do.

Also very concerning how most games the tempo is so flat.

The responsibility lays with Carlo. He's been unable to motivate the players to perform at home all season, bar about three games where we genuinely played quite well. Not sure why he's failed so badly at that. You cannot say West Ham have a stronger squad than we've had available to us all season, yet look at the table.
