My wife is a big Dunc fan (trying to not put it as bluntly as “she would toss me overboard for him in a cocaine heartbeat”) and we’re going to be at the Everton bar in NYC at 7am. Pints for breakfast!

Agree that for all our misery this season we can put a better XI out there tomorrow - I have nightmares still about that midfield two making sideways passes to each other for minutes at a time forty yards out - but it’s just great to feel excited again. Dunc is probably not the long te guy, but FFS we’re going to get after it and when’s the last time we could say that.
