Interesting once again to see all the "he is crap" comments aout Iwobi, just cant understand why noone is questiong the selection process by the manager...it is obvious to everyone except the manager that Iwobi does not suit the job he is being asked to do week in and week out, and a job which almost automatically quarantees his substitution around the 60th minute....I feel sorry for the lad, not because criticism of his perforamces is unjust, but because the manager willingly puts the player in that situation, knowing full well what the outcome will be.

Disagree, thought there was effort, thought we started much better in the first 20, trying to move the ball quicker, before they reverted to type.

Not saying it was a good performance, it wasn’t, but thought the problem today was lack of quality, rather than players not arsed.
But it just feels they wont get out of second gear...and then they stall.

A better display and a bit more guts but we are afraid to attack .It is so much easier to play against us when teams know we are goal shy .A better midfield and the whole picture will change .I voted for Jarrad but Keane had a good game .
I have it on great authority that Brands has been buying ballpoint pens by the dozen .

Agree. Improvement from Gomes. Siggy calm on ball and using it wisely.

I dont want to see any more of Bernard or Iwobi. I like Bernard but he's too lightweight for this league.

Iwobi just looks lost - Walcott coming on and to his credit showing what a bit of decisive play and effort can do for you.
Quote from the Guardian live blog:
"Walcott made a difference after coming off the bench and scoring with a deft head, while Bernard significantly improved the team by leaving the pitch."

Improved performance on our last few games but still nowhere near good enough. Thought that Jarrad Branthwaite looked decent and Michael Keane had a solid enough game. My MotM vote goes to Jarrad Branthwaite who settled into the game quickly and did the basics really well.

Boring boring Everton

'Twas what Gary Neville said. But we are. We are truly truly boring. This isn't football. As I saw someone say this is chess. It's not what I want to see. At times even under Silva and Martinez and Moyes for that matter, we played good football. This is watching paint dry.

You can only judge what you see as a fan. And sadly it's mostly poo.
