Well, I've been absolutely bricking for at least 10 days now, the Wolves game was stress, the Leeds and Leicester games also got the heart racing. We are all obviously nervous but let's look at some positives. For one, the team has been playing much better in recent matches, their mentality has vastly improved from the 2 games we played against Bournemouth in November.
If Leeds or Leicester were playing Bournemouth tomorrow, we'd all be saying they are gonna blow them away, I think the players will turn up with massive energy tomorrow and so will the fans of course.
I'm desperate for us to stay up, and I just hope it's a survival with a different type of emotion. The 3 games we've had to survive have all been trainwrecks of emotion. Wimbledon we were 2 goals down, Coventry we hung on for dear life as the whole ground couldn't breathe, and the Palace game we were also 2 goals down.
Can we just please take a 2 goal lead by half time, and maybe a 3rd by the 70th! Then we can all breathe, and just enjoy football for the first time in 2 years?
Up the Toffees, we will be okay I think
