He’d be getting absolutely destroyed.

Lampard does it and it’s a 343 formation and suddenly we don’t have any midfielders (so Gbamin and Onyango have gone from being options to not good enough in a few days?)

The hypocrisy is laughable.

The options available to the manager are just as bad as they were before which is probably why he’s ended up picking a very similar team.

Hope a lot of these players aren’t playing on Tuesday - eg: Coleman starts today, Patterson comes on for last 30 minutes and plays well, Patterson starts vs Newcastle

I’m hoping it’s actually more 532 or we are going to get walked over in the middle of the park, again.
 
Yeah that line up is a bit underwhelming. Think it's trying to be 3 at the back but we can't really play that formation so it'll turn into a 5. Holgate and Keane combo always makes me nervous but hey new beginnings and all that. Let's just hope they put a shift in.
