It was a penalty for me. If we want to get really forensic then maybe there isn't much contact and he's milked it but that's just not how it is going to go when he pokes it away from the keeper as he comes flying in.

If that's the case, it's a dubious penalty hence why I think VAR would have overturned it. Yet, without VAR you're right about the second part - it' be given.

If I was on the attacking side, I'd be wanting it; if you're on the defensive side, you'd be very disappointed if it's given.
