I believe he's not as a bad manager as he is being made to look right now. His team selections have been questionable but when cowards like Schneiderlin duck out of tackles like he did for Burnley's goal or when Ashley Mistake does an error you can't blame the manager.

..ironically, the defensive problems are Vlasic and Sigurdsson. Both are playing in-field which supposedly gives us a bit more going forward but there is too much space out wide for Burnley to exploit.

Conventional wide players work the length of the pitch in partnership with their full backs, as I said yesterday we don't have any effective partnerships. No blend.

We have looked far better attacking without Rooney. The issue is the finishing. A couple of golden opportunities for Siggurdson that he misses. And a couple of other laid back balls to Gueye, which he cant hit. The difference is they finished their chance, and we missed ours.

Davies needs to come on for Gueye, and maybe Kenny on for Martina. Do that and I think we beat them.

8 shots and 5 on target, we put good pressure on them, but its a failure of our finishing.
