Mate, I don't remember players in the 70s and 80s spending so much time injured. If they had broken bones, yes.

However, the amount of time spent actually playing compared with being unavailable through injury these days is frankly ridiculous and really annoying.

Being paid obscene amounts while contributing nothing on the pitch is what angers me about today's EPL.

Oh Lord, Young at RB against Mudryk

Game after game people keep picking on Young but aside from the derby he's been o.k v pace from what I've seen since August. Where he struggles is providing any sort of outlet going forward which is understandable at 38 and his passing is very mediocre.

He's experience, can position himself o.k and Mudryk may be quick but he has no idea what to do once he gets into the box.

Ideally I'm sure Dyche would've loved to have kept the same team as Thursday but it's very risky starting Seamus twice in under 72 hours when he's just been out for six months. No way medical team would've cleared that and have to be thinking long term, he'll get more starts over xmas.

Amazed Chelsea have benched Sterling. Broja is more phyiscal so Tarks and Branth will prefer that type of attacker to trying to handle all their pacy players.
