A lot worse. Its rained for 6 weeks pretty much, but the powers that be just wont listen to locals about what should be done to prevent it. Near me, there is reclaimed land, (below sea level), drained by the Romans like 2000 years ago, that need to have the rivers and artificial ditches dredged. Hasnt been done for 20 years. Been underwater for 6 weeks.
