That Gbamin sub was nothing short of moronic. The lad was miles off it (understandably) so why throw on a player like that with about 15 mins left when it's 1-0 and the other team are throwing everything at you? Should have brought Godfrey on at LB and pushed Digne further up, would have kept our shape better.

Ancelotti I still like but he's been awful tactically in far too many games. We've dropped at least 10 points this season purely because he's made the wrong decisions during critical moments in games. Feels like this season will be such a waste.

You miss that many chances in a game and you’re just mounting pressure on the defence. Game should’ve been out of sight by HT.

Can't argue with that it was such lazy finishing as well straight at the keeper which then then makes him grow in confidence.

State of that Palace goal, we are sitting in yet Schlupp is allowed to take a touch and play a pass pretty much on the D of the area to an unmarked Batshuayi. Whole phase of play was an utter mess. DCL loses two 50-50's, one of Davies, Mina, Gbamin needs to be touch tight to Schlupp, Keane doesn't need to step up and Godfrey doesn't need to be trying to win the ball back near the half way line.

Rodriguez told the bench to take him off as he was knackered. But taken Coleman off was a joke just don’t ever touch the defence especially when they kept place to nothing. Soon as Coleman came off that right hand side was all over the place.

It was open with Coleman on the pitch. Godfrey was beyond awful. Coleman wasnt better.

Olsen was more than respectable, apart from coming out a bit far for their goal. Thank god for James. DCL and Richarlison so many chances. And he didn't need to take his free kick. Do they practice?
