Yeah. The manager made appalling subs that cost us 2pts.

There are absolutely times when you should look to hold what you have, but 1-0 up at home to a team you’re creating chances against for fun is not one of them.

King hasn’t done anything of note, granted, but the way the game went I’d have backed him to get a chance in the last 15 or so, and hopefully put it away. Instead we sent on Gbamin who was completely ineffective in doing what he’d been sent on to do.

Missing chances is on the strikers but losing 2pts is 100% on the manager.
Carlo gambled on Gaba and Godfret and it wasn't the call to make unfortunately.

Got to say Dom and Richy wasted far too many chances between them and ultimately let the side down.
Yup, when Pickford makes a blunder that costs a goal, he is pilloried. If that's fair game, then DCL and Richarlison deserve brickbats for tonight. Carlo's subs made little sense, too, it has to be said. We just couldn't afford our two strikers showing themselves up and then have our manager take liberties on top of that.

Some wanted Mourinho, Carlos is ok he just needs rid of a few more players he inherited as they are really poor. Sigs, Gomes to name 2.
He is at Everton because he is on a steep downhill slope. At 62 you dont have the energy needed for a top team. Everton expects nothing and that he is able to deliver. Crap play, slow unfit players, grinding out results.

Think we settled for what we had in that last 15 minutes and paid the price
just look at it this way whatever we compete for we ain't ever going to win it anyway does not really matter where we finish

Why bother supporting or watching then if everythings a foregone conclusion?

A huge missed opportunity again for the 7th time this season against poor opposition. A win tonight and win our game in hand we're right in there for fourth.

That's gone now. EL at BEST.

Should never have come down to Palace nicking one to earn the draw. If up 3-0, as Everton surely should have been, no one is losing their minds over the substitutes coming on for clearly gassed James and Coleman.
But we weren’t 3-0 up were we mate? Carlo has to make changes based on what IS, not what should be.

He sends King on for James and we have more of a chance of keeping them on the back foot. Poor changes cost us.

Michael Keane gets caught out so many times in that system, farcical substitutions Rodriguez and Coleman were the only outlets we had and neither Godfrey or Holgate look comfortable at full back.
