We need to play the one extra pass in the final third. Clearly a tactic to get crosses in early, but we're putting it in from far too deep. The one time Coleman got a cross in from high up the pitch we nearly scored.

Better in last 10 mins but woeful overall sloppy and timid. Lacking real bite and work rate. Not a European chasing performance and the oblivious thing that happens here is pure everton. ... that is similar performance until 75 mins and opposition score. Then we up the work rate.

We’ve played a lot worse this season. Average performance - but creating chances. Not as clinical as we have been in games which we’ve won with less clear cut chances.

The mistake from palace was offside from Gomes to Richarlison which was very poor.

Palace are def there for the taking but the way we play they’re just as likely to sucker punch us on the break

That foul by Siggurdson is honestly comical, he’s about 90-10 favourite to win that and somehow ends up fouling him. Never seen a slower player.

Watch him mate, if you’re slow, you’re always taught to be on your toes, to make sure you get that half yard.

Mirallas had one moment of petulance.

Richarlison has done this repeatedly now. He squared up to Sigurdsson when he was taking a penalty a few months back, twice.
