Looks like were going with a high line today to push them back and have more of an open game.

Not sure id have gone for coleman...

No, so 1 game in the last 6 years wasn't must win.

But lets go back to your point, are the 3 points versus Fulham worth more than the 3 points on offer versus City?

Are any games in the next month considering not must win?

You spoke of context and you proved your point, now show why this Fulham game is worth more points than City.

The only thing is 'picking your fights'.

3 points is 3 points. But, we're definitely more likely to be able to take 3 points v Fulham than City.

No I don’t think I will do that thanks, since I don’t believe that it’s worth worth more than they are. Obviously we get 3 for each.

But again the context of following Fulham with 2 not only much more difficult games, but games that could really allow us to kick on we’re we to win one or both, makes it imperative (perhaps more so than a hypothetical game against Fulham in other circumstances) that we take these 3 points. The “kick on” part resulting from a win in the tougher games only really happens if we beat Fulham beforehand.

My point was just that a sweeping generalisation of “all games are as important as each other” is patently untrue.
