Big call for silva. But after baines’ performance last week and digne’s impressive debut in midweek, then Digne has to start for me. It shouldn’t come as a surprise to fans whose seen a gradual decline in a great player, but the time is right now to introduce Digne.

Unfortunately? DCL has done far more for Everton in his appearances than Lookman has.

No point in keeping Lookman if he isn't going to play. But I think Silva and Brands and the club have handled the situation well. They have made it clear he isn't leaving, that there is a big future for him at the club but that he must first earn it.

His groin injury is merely clouding what is actually a straightforward situation imho.

I think Lookman may gradually ease his way into the squad and, once in, I think he stays in.

DCL is average in my opinion. Rather give Lookman a go.
