Again people will blame zonal marking but it comes down to winning the ball in the air. If it's man marking and you lost the header it's still problems. Also the first 4 set pieces needed to at some point have someone gain some composure and properly clear it.

Dom was there to win it but got pushed just before the ball got there and ducked it. Unfortunate but it is annoying conceding in such a similar fashion all the time.
