Given the injuries last night I think we might shift around the formation.

To play 4 at the back, we really need Mykolenko back because he provide natural width and defensive abilities, if he had a Covid issue he maybe out for Saturday but without him our options are beyond slim.

Townsend and Coleman struggle all game and did nothing but options are limited. I think we could rejig the defence with Coleman dropping alongside the centre backs because Branthwaite looked out of his depth but and bring Patterson in as right wing back but I would prefer if he started as right back.

Midfield wise, I think Gomes has run his race under Lampard so expect Van de Beek to come in. I would love to see Gordon come more central to add pace and some more creativity

Attack wise, gutted Gray will be out for a number of weeks but DCL will hopefully come back in with Richarlison and Dele

Jesus Christ that midfield is proper horrific. Surely playing Holgate as DM must be considered.

A back 3 of Coleman, Holgate and Keane is terrifying and will get ran over by Leeds all day.

I haven’t seen much of Leeds lately so they may have gone off the boil but I imagine they are still running things down as they always did and that is the worst style match up for us with this squad.

Don't event like that team, but I like Everton playing 4411 and being aggressive at home. There's no combination of available players I really like but I think that's the best available. I would trust those wide players to work hard defensively and get into the box.

I know Coleman will play but I'm dropping him because his performances are declining at an alarming rate and I don't think he can compete with Raphinha.

Appreciate that not many options but hell of a game to start Patterson in. I don't think Lampard will do that.

I suspect he will select Kenny or Coleman at RB instead.

Defensively we are in a terrible place at the minute.

Leeds can't defend either. Could be 4-4 this.

I'd rather Kenny than Coleman to be honest, I think he's just shot at this level. None of the options are great.
