A excellent vital massive win, we made Leeds overall look bad, we looked a touch more nervous after we went ahead, but that was nowhere near the Leeds i seen v Man Utd

They're out loan (Dobbin and Cannon) and the ones behind them (Sherif and Ebere) are very young and mainly playing for the u18s

…Doucoure is all about what he does without the ball, if he does anything with it then that’s a bonus. Just a pity the chance he had wasn’t the other way around. Had Doucoure put Simms in I think we’d had have a cosy last 10mins.

When I’m on a plane it’s all about what I’m doing while I’m not flying it.

Don't know what at the moment to be honest. Feel about on par for our survival chances as I did before kick off with the way the other results went.

Delighted with the win obviously but the manner of that goal just sums up the kind of absurdity this side needs to get one in the onion bag.

Honestly, it's still a huge step forward even if other results weren't perfect. It's a disastrous day for Leeds and Wolves are pulled back in it. Even Forest sneaking a point pulls them closer to the zone.

Honestly, how many better passes to put a man thru have been made by Everton all season? Really well done by young Simms.

The last really good pass like that was probably also Simms, late on against Brighton which won us a penalty.
